There is a proven record accumulated in the course of the last decade that Agile Engineering and Agile Project Management increases productivity, quality and customer satisfaction, and reduces time to benefits significantly.

FTI favors the „Agile Methodologies“ approach for its engineering projects in combination with SCRUM as one of the most acknowledged “Agile Project Management” methods.

The foundation of the Agile Project Management approach is the application of both an iterative and incremental engineering process characterized by an number of beneficial features:
